Prior to founding Essential Recycling, He gained a vast array of experience in manufacturing and engineering as a supplier and contractor for General Motors. His seven plus years working in the training & development industry has increased the performance of many businesses across Southeast Michigan through his consulting and coaching services.

He has been an advisor in several industries including Health, Manufacturing, and Construction. His work continues to impact the growth and revenues of companies such as Living Tradition Yoga, Life I Love Partners, and various other Start-up Companies in Southeast Michigan. He graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Degree and currently resides in Southeast Michigan with his wife and two children.
